Placing an order constitutes a binding offer. A contract is formed once you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse orders in justified cases (e.g., suspected fraud).

6. Prices & Payment
All prices are listed in EUR. Payments are processed securely through third‑party providers. We do not store full payment details.

7. Shipping
Shipping costs and delivery times are shown at checkout. Orders below 60 € ship for 5.90 €. Orders above 60 € ship free of charge.

8. Returns & Refunds
You may return unused items within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is defective. Refunds are issued once the returned item has been inspected. Returns must be requested via email; the return address will be provided individually.

9. Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, we unfortunately cannot cancel or modify it. Fulfillment begins immediately to ensure fast delivery.

10. Liability
We are liable only for damages caused by gross negligence or intent. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or damages caused by improper use of the products.
