1. Shipping Rates
Orders below 60 € ship for a flat rate of 5.90 €. Orders above 60 € ship free of charge.
Shipping costs are displayed during checkout before you complete your order.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed immediately after payment to ensure fast delivery. Once an order has been placed, we unfortunately cannot cancel or modify it.
3. Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout.
Please note that delays caused by carriers, customs, or external logistics partners are outside our responsibility.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear depending on the carrier.
5. Incorrect Address
If the shipping address provided is incorrect or incomplete, the customer is responsible for any resulting delays or lost shipments.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
SAGATOR is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the carrier directly.

8. Customs & Import Fees
For international orders outside the EU, customs duties or import fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
